Our Jewellery Guarantee
Every piece we create is made to last- crafted with care, strength, and intention. But if the unexpected happens, we’ve got you covered. We offer a 30-day guarantee: if a piece breaks during this time, simply post it back to us and we’ll repair it and return it to you at no cost.

After 30 days, we’re still happy to help - just cover the postage both ways, and we’ll lovingly restore your piece. Please note that damage caused by accidents (like a shell stepped on by a tiny foot!) isn’t covered under the guarantee.

Our designs are made with natural seashells, which means each one is beautifully imperfect. These unique markings are part of their charm and story - they're not flaws. To keep your jewellery at its best, avoid spraying perfume or wearing it in water (like pools or showers). Treat it with care, and it will be your treasure for years to come.
